Off. Road. Vacation. We made the ORV 36"/140L Trunk for those adventures that find their way off the beaten path and into more extreme territory. 100% recycled GRS-certified materials are a given, and durability is an understatement. Ballistic materials hold up to however you drag, tow, lug, check, or toss ORV, and reinforced details like corners, kickplates, and an internal frame stand up to transport that might make a lesser bag crumble. The seemingly bottomless capacity and 3-in-1 compartment structure strike a neat balance between “fit every last little bit of gear” and “how am I supposed to find anything in this massive bag, so you’ll always be prepared and organized for the expedition ahead. And if somehow you manage to find the edge of ORV’s limits (which would be surprising, because we haven’t found them yet), you can adventure easy knowing we’ll repair it for life. So, feel free to not just do more, but do the most. ORV is the bag for that.

One very nice bag. I

"One very nice bag. I have used this 3 times, and it is a beast and very easy to take along on vacations. I am very happy with the quality of this bag, and I love Eagle Creek and this is my 4th bag from them. Even the airline has not managed to cause any damage to this bag. To bag they are not making this bag anymore. I am glad I purchased this bag. Eagle Creek you made an excellent bag."

Amazing!

"I just received this bag and OMGOSH is it incredible! I have had a 32” Eagle Creek trunk for over 20 years. It was originally purchased for our daughter to attend camp in the summer, and then I started using for various trips ever since. The only maintenance has been to replace the wheels once (and that was only in the last year). My husband has used Tarmacs and Expanse for travel over the years so we’re quite familiar with Eagle Creek’s exceptional craftsmanship and customer service. My trunk has been experiencing some tightness in the telescoping handle so I decided to purchase another bag for an upcoming trip extended trip. This ORV is really amazing and the attention to detail with features is rather astonishing. I cannot wait to try it out, but general orientation here at home today has been a surprising experience in the best possible way! Thank you again Eagle Creek!"

Holds Everything

"Husband and I travel and fish. This trunk holds everything. I really like the different compartments for separating gear, clothes, toiletries. It takes both of us to take it in and out of the car. I wonder if the airlines will charge extra for the size? Does anyone know?"

Far superior to new design buy them now!

"Much better than the new design…. buy them now while you can still get them! Deeper construction, better for use in small spaces for loading/unloading/storage, durable, lightweight. May be the perfect suitcase."

ORV 30” Trunk

"I bought this 30” Trunk to add to my collection of eagle creek luggage. It’s easier to travel with vs. the 36” ORV Trunk I have. This is a beautiful, well made piece, with all the functionality a durability you come to expect from eagle creek. I really like it and will be with me for many years to come."

Jorge R. (5/5)

Best bag!

"This is our 4th Eagle Creek. Haven’t retired one yet! 2 of our bags are 10 years old and still traveling like our newest."

2nd ORV trunk

"My son travels for work with gear to last for 2 weeks usually . I bought him one of these trunks many, many years ago and it held up beautifully through hundreds of airline trips . It is showing signs of wear, so I bought him a new one for his birthday . He says it seems bigger than the last one and is very happy with it . I’m very happy with the khaki color ."

Excellent Travel Trunk with Room for Refinement

"I've traveled extensively over the years, and Eagle Creek continues to be my go-to brand for luggage because of its durability, thoughtful design, and overall value. One of the things I've always loved most about their luggage is the wheels. Every time I'm waiting at baggage claim, I can spot an Eagle Creek bag before I even see the logo simply by its heavy-duty wheels. I honestly don't think anyone makes wheels as robust as Eagle Creek. They've held up through years of airports, sidewalks, and rough baggage handling. The ORV 30" Trunk is my first clamshell-style suitcase, so I'm still getting used to deciding what to pack on each side. That's more of a learning curve than a criticism. One area where I've always felt Eagle Creek could improve is the main zipper. While the clamshell design should reduce stress on the corners compared to a traditional suitcase, I still question why the exterior zipper isn't a YKK zipper when the interior zippers are. YKK has an excellent reputation, and it would inspire even more confidence on the most critical zipper of the bag. I also recently looked at a comparable Osprey bag, and one thing Eagle Creek might consider is raising the wheel placement slightly. Think of it like giving the luggage a little more ground clearance. It would be less likely to drag over curbs or other obstacles, which could also reduce wear on the bottom and help protect the zipper area. My only other observation is that this trunk is a little more awkward to maneuver than my previous Eagle Creek luggage. It doesn't feel quite as stable when standing upright, and I've found it tips over more easily. That's something I've never experienced with any of my other Eagle Creek bags. One suggestion I'd offer is for Eagle Creek to invite owners of the ORV Trunk to participate in a focus group or Zoom session when designing the next generation. There are a lot of us who travel frequently and could offer practical, real-world feedback that would make an already excellent product even better. Despite these suggestions, Eagle Creek remains my favorite luggage brand. I travel a lot, and after trying numerous brands over the years, I still find Eagle Creek to offer some of the most durable, spacious, and user-friendly luggage on the market. I'd buy it again, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they continue to improve an already excellent product."
