Shipping Timeframe
Our goal is to process and ship orders within two (2) business days from the order date. Our shipping times include order processing. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Mountain Time may be processed the following business day.
Shipping delays are common due to reasons beyond our control, therefore we include an order tracking number and link to the carrier in our shipping confirmation emails, so you always have access to the status of your order delivery.

Returns
Not what you wanted? No worries. You are welcome to return anything that was purchased at eaglecreek.com up to 60 days from the date your order was placed. We ask that returned items be kept in new, unused condition, with all components and tags intact.
Our returns process includes five easy steps:

- Enter your item and order information in our returns portal
- Print a prepaid label or purchase your own
- Ship your item(s)
- Receive your refund
