"My old Eagle Creek Carry-on was damaged and unrepairable, Eagle Creek gave me a very fair credit toward a new one and this is it- I carry-on internationally and love the hard sides to protect contents plus the maneuverability. We have 5 Eagle Creeks but this is MY favorite- it goes on all the trips, either supporting the big guys or as “all I need” for smaller trips."
"Big fan of this new design. It rolls incredibly well and I like the outdoor touches with the rope handle. The bag is light and small - so much so it’s easy to strap on the front of my ebike! It’s an international carry on size which is amazing if you need one bag to do it all. But I do hope another larger full size carry on makes its way to the market soon."
"This piece of luggage is a Warranty replacement for my previous Tarmac spinner carry-on. Engel Creek’s product and warranty service are excellent. I loved my original Tarmac carry-on. It held my clothing, toiletries etc travel needs for short trips and my camera gear for extended trips around the globe. My Timbuck2 briefcase slid neatly over the handle making it easy to move through airport security and off/on airplanes. I now have a new generation replacement. I have used it only once for a weekend trip and it worked great. The interior is well thought out with controlled storage pockets and divided sections and I appreciate the laptop compartment. It is more useful than the original external pocket arrangement. The luggage piece is a little smaller, so I am not sure how it will work for carrying my camera greater on extended trips. I am hopeful. The polycarbonate exterior seems sturdy, the zippers, pulls, handles, etc are all well made and easy to use and when I pick the case up everything feels well balanced and comfortable. It rolls smoothly. The smaller wheelbase makes it feel like it wants to turn or spin, so I am curious how it will track while trying to move quickly between airport terminals. Overall, I am delighted with and am looking forward to many years of travel with this new piece of luggage."
"I'm typically a duffel person (they're easier to overpack), but this bag is a great option for quick weekend trips. Rolls nicely, fits a surprising amount of stuff, and is a nice break from carrying a heavy duffel bag. Plus I like that front compartment for laptop/misc items."

"I was really excited to upgrade my old duffel bag to my first wheeled piece of luggage. This bag rolls SO SMOOTHLY and is so nice. I love having the lock built in and the expansion zipper. I felt like the bag was a little small and I really stuffed it full. On my return flight from San Jose, I noticed the guy in front of me couldn't fit his carry on in the overhead properly. With a full flight, United made him check it and he didn't have a personal item or anything to keep a few valuable items with him. I was thankful this slid in so easily even packed. After looking back at the specs, I realize this is actually more of an international carry on size so while I may need to pack a little more light and thoughtful on my trips in the US, I'm thankful I can use this as a carry on to Italy in a few months. I didn't even realize this at the time of purchase but thankful this is the case."
