"My favorite luggage of all time is a 26" 2 wheeler roller bag by Eagle Creek. . So naturally I went to Eagle Creek to purchase a 4 wheeler bag with its lovely green color and new features. My main complaint is the fact that the hard sided bag does not hold as much as my soft sided piece of luggage. I shall have to purchase the larger bag. I coordinated it with a cosmetic bag from another manufacturer. It is really lovely but I need more space1"
"Overall, happy with luggage. I am a long time Eagle Creek owner. The negative about this bag for me is it’s limited opening of the outside pocket. It is deep enough to hold items but it is difficult to get items in without simply stuffing as the zipper opens at the top with limited side opening."

"I like the return to dividable interior compartments. The new Tarmac design lacks several features from 2 generations ago. It lacks expansion capabilities, the 26” model has 20% less capacity than the prior version (before expansion) and the new exterior pocket design is not as useful as the prior versions 2 exterior pockets."

"My wife and I are retired and travel a lot. Recently our Tarmac 25” bags cracked (a months apart), and I had contacted customer service and filled out the warranty claim. Within a few days they approved the warranty replacement credits and we purchased two new Tarmac bags. Not many companies will stand behind their products like that! "I took this luggage on a two-week trip to Spain and was blown away by how well it performed! The durability, ease of use, and style are unmatched. The wheels glided effortlessly over cobblestone streets, carpets, and everything in between. Even when fully packed, it was still lightweight enough to lift into cars and carry up several flights of stairs. I loved the soft-sided design—it gave me the flexibility to pack extra things that wouldn’t have fit in a hard shell. Thanks to the expansion feature, I even managed to bring home three bottles of wine and plenty of souvenirs without worrying about space.
