ORDERING & SHIPPING:
We strive to process and ship orders within 2 business days.
Once we receive confirmation from our warehouse team that your order has shipped, we will email you a shipment update with a tracking number.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We embark on the adventure of processing your order as soon as you hit the “submit” button. As a result, most orders cannot be cancelled or edited. We do offer returns. Please place another order with the proper product. Thanks for supporting our commitment to shipping your order as quickly as possible.
HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
If you have received an email confirmation with tracking information this means your gear has been shipped.
Eagle Creek ships to US physical addresses. We are more than happy to ship P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses, and please note that express shipping is not available for these locations.

Eaglecreek.com ships within the US and U.S. Territories (HI, AK, Guam and Puerto Rico). Please check out our European website to find Eagle Creek retailers.
Not what you wanted? No worries. You have 30 days from the date you place your order to request a return. We accept returns for Eagle Creek items purchased directly from eaglecreek.com or through the Eagle Creek Customer Service Team via phone orders. To be eligible for returns, all items must be received in brand new, unused condition, with all components, and packaging intact. We’ll issue a refund within 10 business days of receipt for the purchase price to the account that was used to make the purchase.
Can I return a product if it was a Gift?

May I return my product purchased on Pro Deal?
Our team welcomes your questions to research your needs prior to placing your order. Pro Deal purchases are not eligible for return.
Returning from a P.O. Box, AK, HI, PR, VI, Guam?
