1. The repair process starts with you sending your Eagle Creek product to one of our licensed repair centers. Please use the map below to select the location closest to you.

2. US Customers can use the forms in the links below to ship or drop off the repair. Shipping your Eagle Creek product to us is at your expense, but we'll take care of the repair and return shipping costs if applicable.

3. Please make sure you list all issues with your item and any special instructions. No return authorization or phone call is required.

4. Standard turnaround time is 3 to 7 weeks from the time you ship your item to a repair center.
