Eagle Creek strives to provide stellar service around the globe through our network of Authorized Repair centers, authorized retailers, and licensed distributors.  While the Eagle Creek “No Matter What Warranty” applies in countries where Eagle Creek products are sold through our authorized retailer network, the fulfillment of the warranty may vary slightly from country to country based on local laws and cultural customs. 

Eagle Creek strives to provide comprehensive warranty support in countries where our product is sold. Eagle Creek’s “No Matter What Warranty” is not applicable in countries where Eagle Creek products are not sold via our authorized retailer network.  

If your product qualifies for our warranty, Eagle Creek, or its representatives, will pay for parts and labor for the repair of your item. For repairs being processed in certain geographies outside our core markets, a small charge may be assessed by our international partners. 

If you live, or are traveling, outside of the regions shown below and need warranty support for your Eagle Creek gear, please contact the US Eagle Creek customer service team. Possible solutions may include working with a local luggage repair facility in which the customer will be responsible for the charges associated with the repair. For some repair needs, we may be able to ship replacement parts directly to you. The customer is responsible for the cost of international shipping of the part(s) to your destination.  

When working with a non-authorized repair center, Eagle Creek is not responsible for any repair process fees nor damage incurred during the repair process. Eagle Creek does not guarantee repair satisfaction with any business not authorized by Eagle Creek.
