On Exploration System and Velocity Eagle Creek luggage collections we offer our "No Matter What" damage repair policy. That elephant in Namibia use your bag as a teething ring? We'll take care of it. Those baggage handlers mistake your Explorer Pack for a football? We'll fix it. No matter what hell your bag went through, we'll fix it or replace it free.

REPAIRS:

All Eagle Creek products are manufactured with the highest standard of workmanship and the best quality materials available. We take great pride in our ability to repair items to extend their usable and keep them out of a landfill that much longer. However, in certain cases they will need to be replaced. To begin the process your first step is to fill out a Return Authorization Form.

U.S Repairs ONLY

Please fill out our online Return Authorization (RMA) Form We will respond to you with a RMA number via email so that you can send your item back for repair or possible replacement. Generally speaking, we can make a determination on the product, repair or replace the item and get it back to you within 2.5 weeks.

We hope that we can correct any issue you may have with your Eagle Creek item. The following are some tips to help expedite the process:

RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number: please note this on the outside of your package in clear, bold letters. It will help us to track your product during its visit to our Vista, California repair facility.
Letter of explanation: Please enclose a letter of explanation that includes the RMA number, return ship-to address, phone number, e-mail address and any other special instructions.
Valid period: Your RMA number will be valid for a period of 30 days after issue. If you have exceeded the 30-day period, you will need to contact Customer Service to obtain a new authorization number.
Package refusal: If packages do not display an RMA number, we will automatically refuse them
Care and handling instructions: A clean product is much easier (and more pleasant) for our technicians to work with. We recommend you hand-wash your item with a mild soap and line dry. Avoid brushing the exterior or the inside fabric coating with a stiff brush, instead use a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use bleach as this could damage the fabric and the coating. Do not put it in the washing machine or dryer!
