Where We Ship
Eagle Creek offers shipping via ground, 2 day, and overnight to all 50 U.S. States and ground shipping to military addresses including APO, FPO, and DPO. For Security reasons we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
At this time Eagle Creek does not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S Virgin Islands. If you reside somewhere we do not currently ship to make sure to check out our Dealer Locator to find the closest Eagle Creek dealer by you.
Returns and Exchanges
Eagle Creek stands behind the quality and durability of our products and we hope you are happy with your order. If you are not happy with your order we accept returns or exchanges if the product has manufacturing defects.
- All returns and exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached
- A product can be returned within 30 days of the product purchase
- If it has been longer than 30 days your return will be accepted at Eagle Creek's discretion and for online store credit
- Shipping charges will only be refunded if Eagle Creek is at fault
- If you are making an exchange based on a different size, style, or color you will be charged shipping for your exchange
- Only Eagle Creek items ordered from eaglecreek.com can be returned
To ship your return or exchange follow the instructions below
- Go to Track Order and fill out the form. You can find your Order ID in your confirmation email
- On the following page click on "View Order"
- On the Order Details page click on "Return or Exchange Items" and follow the instructions. Print the final page and include it with your return

Once the package has been received your credit card will be refunded within 7 business days
