My family (wife, self and three kids 12, 10 & 8) traveled around the world for a year and a day. We visited 25 countries on five continents. I now ONLY use Eagle Creek-it's fantastic! There are many great bags out there, but what puts Eagle Creek at the top of my list is the high quality AND especially the outstanding Customer Service! A bag is only as good as the guarantee. When they say lifetime guarantee, they mean it! I had a small problem with a zipper. Since that bag was no longer produced, they offered me a choice to upgrade to a nicer bag, were friendly and helpful all the way. I had the new bag in days. I liked it so much, I bought more!
