What
is the official size of a carry-on bag?
Since airline storage areas vary in size, carryon
dimensions may vary as well. Many airlines have their
own carryon dimensions, but most can accommodate carryon
bags that are 22x14x9" / 56x36x23 cm. There is no
set standard especially when it comes to International
travel, so we suggest calling the airline for this
information as well as any other restrictions they
may have.
How do I clean my Eagle Creek products?
You can clean any of your Eagle Creek products by
scrubbing the soiled areas with a soft brush using
lukewarm water and a mild liquid detergent. Hang to
dry. Do not submerge, machine wash or dry. For quick

content label located on the inside of your bag.
My
luggage was damaged during a recent flight. Is this
repairable under Eagle Creek's warranty policy?
Our warranty does not cover damage sustained from
airline carriers. However, you can send the product
back to Eagle Creek and we will estimate the cost
and repair it per your approval. You may also want
to check the warranty policy of the airline carrier
you choose.
